Dogs must always be under the control of their owners and not left in the room or in areas that may disturb other guests.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax (1.50 euros per day per person) is required from those staying in accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Cesenatico, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment.
Child discount: 3-6 years (50%), 7-10 years (20%). 0-24 months Free in a double room (2 adults, except August).
Family packages 2+2 = 3 for minimum stays of 7 nights and children aged between 0 and 10 years (except August).
All rooms have a bathroom with a shower.
Supplement for double room for single use: 10.00 euros per day per person.
Supplement for Air conditioning: €5 per day.
The hotel has three completely renovated ‘Superior’ triple rooms with elegant bathrooms featuring marble-effect decorations and a large glass shower box with mosaic flooring. The cost is 10 euros more per room per day compared to the price list.

Ho partecipato alla manifestazione ciclistica Nove Colli ieri e ho dovuto trovare un b&b all'ultimo momento: non poteva andarmi meglio! Disponibilità, gentilezza, attenzione verso gli ospiti sono state le qualità che ho apprezzato molto.
Trovare la colazione pronta alle 4:30 apposta per i partecipanti alla gara ciclistica con salato e dolce (torte fatte in casa) è stata una piacevole sorpresa.Sicuramente prenoterò anche il prossimo anno.
Assolutamente raccomandato.

Very nice stay
I want to thank the friendly staff for a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean - we loved it! Very good breakfast - variety of pastries, fresh fruit, Italian coffee….m..m..m… unforgettable!
Also nice beaches are very closed (walking distance) so there is plenty to explore even if you do not have a car. Very nice long weekend! All is there! Staff, service and quality are perfect... Amazing!!! Highly recommended!

Hotel a conduzione familiare.
I gestori sono molto educati e molto simpatici.
C'è da dire veramente poco perché tutto è andato alla perfezione camere pulite servizi perfetti e soprattutto una qualità/prezzo veramente eccellente.
Questa è una struttura che va benissimo per tutte le fasce di età.
